Why Buy This Book?

I first showed my friends on Facebook, so if you are getting this message twice...good :)  I finally finished my "book" (it is really more of an essay) on fitness and how faith, love,  and a growth mindset helped me to overcome the biggest challenge in my life. Bulking Season...Let's Get Ready to Eat!
