I haven’t had a ton of time to read all the way through but this blog has been very encouraging. Lately, I’ve been getting down on myself from what my cancer journey left me with and my most recent surgery. Usually I would push through and not allow the “poor me” attitude to get me down. The last month or so I have. After reading the first blog post it certainly gave me a new outlook. And reminded me of what I went through. I’m waiting on my scale and while I wait I’ll re-download the My Fitness app (I had it before and never used it) then I’m ready to go. Great blog. Worth the read!!!!

I’m afraid of gyms. I’m intimidated because I feel as though everyone inside them are mentally and physically stronger than I am, which is likely to be true.

I cannot believe you were down to 130lbs.
-I just can’t.
You’ve certainly pushed the limits, which inspires me to push mine.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts.
